Marriage License
A Marriage License is $102.00. If you receive premarital counseling the price is reduced to $42.00 with a notarized certificate of completion. The License is valid for 30 days and must be returned to the County Clerk’s Office 3 days after the ceremony. Proof of age and identity must be provided.
